Red Detritus, attualmente esposto a Bristol (Inghilterra) al Horseworld in Bristol, in una mostra di sculture di cavalla realizzate con materiali riciclati.
Il cavallo è realizzato con articoli di casa superflui, trovati e scartati, tenuti insieme con pezzi di filo metallico. In questa opera l'artista cerca di cogliere la natura effimera di un cavallo colto alla sprovvista.
L'opera si basa sulla ricerca tra un ampio raggio di specie di razze di cavalli. Lo scopo era realizzare una suggestione effimera piuttosto che una rappresentazione diretta di un cavallo selvaggio in allerta e pronto a imbizzarrirsi. Il processo di realizzazione inizia con una coppia di cesti di vimini e qualche vecchio attrezzo da cucina. Altri pezzi sono stati poi aggiunti e tolti, costruiti e smonati, fino a formare un cavallo.

The horse is made unnecessary items at home, found and discarded, held together with pieces of wire. In this work the artist tries to capture the ephemeral nature of a horse caught off guard.
The work is based on research from a wide range of kinds of breeds of horses. The aim was to make a suggestion rather than a short-lived direct representation of a wild horse on alert and ready to runaway. The implementation process begins with a couple of wicker baskets and some old cooking utensil. Other pieces were then added and removed, disassembled and built up to form a horse.
